- Full Buffet Menu for groups of 35 to 1,000 people
The full buffet menu includes tossed salad, condiments, plastic utensils, paper plates and napkins. - Ala Carte Menu for groups of 12 to 50 people
The ala carte menu allows you to pick several different dishes, mix and match your favorite items. Some items are priced per item (ex: raviolis)
We offer food in disposable aluminum pans
Full size pan: 20x30 serves 24-30 people
Half size pan: 13x10 serves 12-15 people
Server charge of 60.00, we estimate 1 server for every 75 people, this depends on the type of food served.
Servers are optional.
